Design team has a bad habit of not ever fully committing to a decision. This makes great games in the end but the artists further down the pipeline suffer greatly and were still trying to get designers to understand how much harder we have to work because of it.

Applied Online by sending an email. Got a response from Kristin after 2 days were she sent me a test of 9 questions to do in about 1 week. I sent it after 6 days. One week later I got a response saying they wouldn't move on.
