   Ich habe mich über einen Personalvermittler beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 1 Woche. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Sept. 2015 bei Relcy (Mountain View, CA)

   Vorstellungsgespräch

   I had an easy phone screen with a typical shared screen coding question. Then I came onsite and interviewed with a few engineers and managers. Very deep coding questions which require good understanding of data structures and algorithms. Also had quite difficult design and code question originated from their use case. They also asked a lot about my project experience on my resume and asked me to go very deep into the details, and discussed with me possible improvement I could have done to the project. The interview process was very pleasant, it was very interactive and the interviewers were very active in sharing thoughts and giving feedback when I approached the questions. They also shared a lot about their product, and I can feel that each of them has passion and faith in their product. At the end of the on site interview the manager told me that all interviewers liked me and they gave me an offer.
