    Bewerbung

Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 6 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert bei Perion Network.

    Vorstellungsgespräch

Perion offered me a role through a job listing website. I accepted. Let's call this role "Role A".
It then took them a month (!) to call for for an initial phone screening.
The recruiter who called me set up a call for me and the hiring manager for the same day.
The call with the hiring manager later that day went well, and he wanted to meet me in person and said HR will call me to schedule the interview.
It took them 10 days (!) to call me and set up an interview.
The interview went well, and during the interview the hiring manager offered me a different role from the one I originally applied for (Role A), and spoke to me about another potential role (Role B), which was also great as far as I was concerned.
The interview ended with the hiring manager saying that the next step would be for me to come in again and have a meeting with HR.
That's it since then. Crickets... 2 weeks later HR sends me the generic email "we decided to continue with other candidates", regarding Role A.
But what about role B? I contacted the hiring manager directly. He hasn't responded. I wrote again. Only then he finally took time of his busy schedule to reply and tell me that they decided not to hire for this role at the moment, 2 weeks after my interview with him.
All in all this whole "process" took a month and a half! and clearly they themselves don't know what they want, and have no respect for candidates' time.
