Herzogenaurach is a lovely town of 24,000 located in Bavaria, Germany. Herzo, as we call it, is of
course home to the fastest sports brand in the world, PUMA — but also a great place to live.

Ich arbeite in Vollzeit bei PUMA (mehr als ein Jahr)
PUMA bietet sehr viele Wellbeing Angebote an, die einem den Arbeitsalltag versüßen.
Außerdem arbeitet man mit einem internationalem Team und lernt so viel Neues über die jeweiligen Kulturen und Mentalitäten.
Bei PUMA wird Teamwork sehr groß geschrieben und es fühlt sich an, wie eine große Familie!
Die öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist nicht die allerbeste, so ist man schon darauf angewiesen ein Auto oder zumindest eine Fahrgemeinschaft zu haben.
Wer sehr organisiert und strukturiert ist, könnte in der ein oder anderen Abteilung Probleme haben.
Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 7 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im September 2016 bei PUMA (Herzogenaurach).
Der Bewerbungsprozess verlief relativ zügig und sehr transparent. Die Einladung zum ersten Vorstellungsgespräch erfolgte relativ schnell und die Interview-Fragen waren zudem fachspezifisch, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das zweite Vorstellungsgespräch fand beim Mittagessen in einem lockeren Umfeld statt. Das bietet zum einen den Interviewers die Möglichkeit in einem lockeren Umfeld die persönliche Ebene des Bewerbers näher kennenzulernen. Im Gegenzug hatte ich auch die Möglichkeit gehabt, mich mit meinen zukünftigen Vorgesetzten eingehend zu unterhalten und kennenzulernen. Hierbei wurden grundlegende und tiefe Kenntnisse im Bereich IT und Projekt(Management) und Selbstmotivation abgefragt. Letztlich konnte ich meine Motivation für die Bewerbung überzeugend darlegen und habe die Stelle bekommen. Der Einstieg erfolgt für Studienabsolventen zunächst mit einer Junior-Manager-Position. Mein Fazit lautet: Angenehmer Bewerbungsprozess in einem sportlichen, jungen und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld.
