   I had a terrible experience with JOOR's interview process. It was an absolute disgrace. The process was excessively long and drawn-out, and it seemed like the company had no respect for candidates' time. It was unprofessional, disorganized, and frankly, it felt like they were trying to torture me. I read on Glassdoor that JOOR has a habit of leading candidates through multiple rounds of interviews only to reject them at the last minute. This was exactly what happened to me, after six stages and a month-long process, they sent me a generic automated email with no feedback, no explanation, and no apology for the time I invested. It's outrageous that companies like JOOR are allowed to get away with wasting people's time and effort like this. They should be ashamed of themselves for treating potential employees so poorly. My advice to anyone considering applying to this company is to stay away. Don't bother wasting your time and energy on a company that doesn't respect you. You deserve better than this.
