HSE - Here Shopping Entertains
Through three TV channels (HSE, HSE Extra and HSE Trend), we reach some 46 million households in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In Russia, 36 million households receive the Shopping Live programme. Through the systematic networked presentation of lifestyle themes and brand worlds, we are innovation driver for cross-channel shopping entertainment. Our customers decide when and where they shop with HSE.
By creating fascinating themed areas and stories based on the product range, we turn shopping into an experience. Thereby we rely on our HSE creators: well-known lifestyle personalities who present the product range with tips, talks and innovative video formats. Our HSE creators include entrepreneur Judith Williams, top model Franzi Knuppe, presenters Jana Ina Zarrella and Martina Reuter, designer Marcel Ostertag and choreographer Jorge González.
Our headquarters are located just outside Munich, in Ismaning. More than 1,200 HSE employees in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Russia ensure an entertaining, interactive and customer-oriented shopping experience. In addition, there are more than 2,800 external jobs at call center and logistics partners. We have repeatedly received awards for our outstanding service quality. In 2020, for example, we once again received top marks in the nationwide award „Deutschlands Kundenchampions“1. In 2019, TÜV Saarland also confirmed HSE's excellent customer service for the sixth time in a row by awarding it the prestigious "TÜV Service tested" seal.
