This one of the most interesting processes I so far had in my career. First I had a phone interview which was very good, the person I talked on the phone was very friendly and tried to make me feel comfortable all the time. After that, they invited me to an interview with one of the CEO and the person I had talked on the phone before. That was such a great experience, I really loved having that 1-hour talk with the Boss, I guess this is the feeling you get when you have interviews with experienced and competent people.
Then the second part was an interview with HR and that is when I got disappointed by the company. Questions like: where do you see yourself in five tears, what would your last boss say about you... and other things you find on Google when you are looking for "the worst interview questions". It was just a downer from the interview I had before with the CEO.
Especially the moment when you realize that when asking about salary and earliest entry date the HR girl was READING what you wrote in your cover letter ... Lame, lame. This wasn't my first interview, and it won't be the last for sure, but if you are in HR and just starting... look up to your CEO and maybe start attending to interviews with them so that you can learn a bit from them. They are def doing better questions than you are.
