    Pros

    I have worked for CCS on several different client projects over the last 3-4 years. The management team and communication has been very good and I have really enjoyed the experience. The training is solid though I would also like to do more. That is just the nature of this type of work since it doesn't make sense to do face to face training given the short time lines. The reporting systems are ok, but they are not antiquated. I have been a field representative for 15+ years and worked for PRS, BDS, Mosaic and there systems and training are not any better, and they don't treat their people as well as CCS does. They actually care about the quality of the visits and meeting the clients objectives.

    If you are doing part-time, project field work, it is what it is. Don't expect the same time kind of employee experience you would have if you were full time. that's just the way it is, so if you don't like it then find a different career.

    Keep working on improving process. The more equipped we are to represent your client brands the better the results. It's funny to read reviews from these trolls who have an ax to grind for unknown reasons and make these exaggerated negative claims....and yet they worked for the company for years, which more about them. then they get upset reading positive reviews as if the company can actually control what what people say. I feel that I have been treated very well and that is the general reputation of the company, just don't take it for granted

    First, I was called by a recruiter. She offered a little information about the position and starting salary. The description made me even more confused, and I thought this was a call center. Still, I scheduled an interview and kept a positive attitude.

    The hiring manager had a cold and seemed out of sorts. He spent most of the time telling me what I'd do and the platform I'd use. I asked a few questions to clarify the position and then volunteered information about my work experience. He asked what he admitted were generic interview questions and told me I was the frontrunner for the position.

    About an hour later, the recruiter called to offer the position. Many of the on-boarding steps have to be completed before I start, including background checks and drug tests.

    In the first call, they told me the salary, which was only a little better than the job I'm leaving. I mentioned that I needed something better to feel satisfied with the change. They made an offer that was $2,000 more than the starting salary.
