Very nice people and an enjoyable working environment. Diversity of people with different backgrounds. Hard work is valued and acknowledged.
Not too much space for career growth. To move up the ladder one has to move to other locations worldwide, where company has bigger offices.
Rat an das Management
It is hard to find loyal and skilled employees. Try to motivate people to stay. Also, reduce the bureaucracy in certain areas and allow for more innovation.
Interview process was very forthcoming. The communication and emails received was very impressive. Very exciting to see what is in store next in the process. The process and learning more about the company provides even a greater desire to work for the company as its more then just a job but a career opportunity!
