    Pros

    Bullhorn has an amazing culture and a healthy business model. Coworkers are amazing and office spaces are amazing! They promote within often which is huge and learning is endless here. Since we are growing so quickly if you want to take on new challenges all you have to do is speak up.

    Learning/college incentives would be nice but understand this is a huge perk. Perks here are amazing!

    Rat an das Management

    Would be nice to have more of a clear path on covid, as the pandemic isn't slowing down pushing the delay back to September seems to just be delaying the inevitable. Will people especially with kids be able to stay remote?

    Had to submit a video audition along with an assessment test.

    The whole process was extremely degrading to me. HR never responded to any of my direct emails, sent me a generic email to complete all these time consuming tasks and the entire time they sat there sending automated emails as if I was just some disposable thing. I'm extremely against one-way video interviews because you're treated like a task that can be automated, but I did it anyways because the way their emails are worded make you feel like you're being seriously considered, though they just want to put together a "candidate package". Hiring should be treated with more humanity. There's no way you can assess how a person will act in a customer support role via a pre-recorded video. It's not a real human interaction.

    At the end, another generic rejection email. I never got to speak with a real person, even after everything I did to be considered for this garbage position that payed crumbs to begin with because they know a lot of tech talent is out of a job and desperate right now.
