Zach, Global Data, Tokyo – volunteers across the globe in Singapore, Hong Kong, Princeton and New York. He volunteers as an English teacher to students with mental and physical handicaps, with an organization called Palette. "We all learned a lot from each other. There are borders between people of different backgrounds. When you break down these borders, you grow," Zach says. "It's inspiring to connect with the world."


Cristiane, Sales, Sao Paulo – tutors a group of students with Cidadão Pró-Mundo, a local NGO. "We believe that more than learning a new language, they are expanding their access to culture, education, and to the job market," Cristiane says. "The return we get from individuals and charities we work with, whether we provided them a fun afternoon or created them new opportunities that will have a lifelong impact."


Madison, Global Data, New York – a musician who offers her talent in music…and painting park railings. She refurbished a railing in Riverbank State Park, “Every time I ride my bike by the park, I think of how nice it looks now!” She also volunteers with Holiday Express, a traveling band that visits children's hospitals and centers during the holiday season. “Seeing them smiling and having a great time, talking about how much they look forward to seeing us each year--the volunteer work pays for itself!”

    Established brand
    There is a view behind all the products event though top down communication is not good
    In general the company does a kot for the employee and therefore expects a lot.


    Very US centric management and views
    The managers are number crunchers and somehow have tendency to micromanagement.
    Poor communication, though I think it is an issue for most big companies

    Let good people work in a regional office if they cover client in different country other than UK/US, where we anway have an offce.
    We want to be green but we have so many people fly just because we do not want to hire locally.
    Local sales staff is faster and closer to the customers and mkt. developments and needs and also more efficient,as less time is spent on traveling.
    Gerneration Y is different , with Z will be even more difficult to atract talent, so there is a big difference between absolvents joining us and therefore the company should adapt to their needs or management should be tougher, and be better in motivating people. Pros and Cons..but anyhow the culture is hard for the newer generation and the people being longer in the firm are left with the hard work.
    Flexibility and motivating are the key and how this is being defined and communicated.

    Mike is great but there are others CEOs that are more involved nowadays...

    Ich habe mich online beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte eine Woche. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im August 2019 bei Bloomberg L.P. (London, England (Vereinigtes Königreich)).


    Applied online for Senior Software Engineer - Artificial Intelligence role through recommendation. The interview process was very smooth and professional and HR took good care of going through all the process. I had a screen call scheduled with two research engineers to evaluate my relevant skills and experience, suitability for the role, followed by an open systems design question and an online coding exercise (typical CS problems).
    Apart from a strong software engineering background, the role clearly requires significant experience in the AI-related fields and I unfortunately lacked some basics in machine learning -- it's a very complete and really interesting role. However, the interviewers very professional and trying to help. I did not get the offer, but I really appreciated the interview.
