    Ich habe mich auf Empfehlung eines Mitarbeiters beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte mehr als 3 Monate. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im Oktober 2016 bei Autodesk (München, Bayern).


    Ich wurde von einer Bekannten intern vorgestellt. Anfangs war HR sehr positiv und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte ein erstes Telefoninterview, und nachdem dieser positiv verlaufen ist, wurde ich nach München eingeladen, um dort eine Präsentation zu geben. Darauf folgte ein weiterer Telefoninterview auf VP-Ebene. In der Weihnachtswoche wurde ich dann kurzfristig gebeten, eine weitere Präsentation auf Basis eines Business Case vorzustellen. Infolge dieses Gesprächs wurde ich informiert, dass die Entscheidung im Januar fallen sollte. Seit nun acht Wochen habe ich keine weitere Kommunikation erhalten. Nach mehreren Gesprächen und Präsentationen nicht einmal eine Absage oder Information zu schicken erscheint mir unseriös.
