    Ich habe mich über eine Hochschule oder Universität beworben. Der Vorgang dauerte 3 Wochen. Vorstellungsgespräch absolviert im März 2018 bei American Express (Singapur (Singapur)).

    Vorstellungsgespräch

    Business Analytics Intern:

    Round 1: Resume screening

    Round 2: Assessment Centre
    Will work with other 3-4 candidates as a group to discuss a case study topic. Assessors may be in the same room during the discussion to judge the abilities of candidates. After the 30min discussion, 2 different groups of candidates will be brought into the same meeting room to present the ideas to a panel of managers. This is followed by usual QnA session by the panel, then QnA by the competing group (the other group).

    Round 3: Final Interview
    After passing the AC, you will be arranged to have a face to face interview with 2-3 managers from different departments/teams (to see which team you best fit in). I got my offer 1-2 days after the meetings.

    Generally very good experience :)
